Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. Marilu is an actress, author, producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. She is also an artist and a singer. Perpetual Motion should be her name. Marilu's attitude to health has been evident throughout her entire life. She believes that health and fitness will allow people to accomplish anything. However, this wasn't always the case in the past. When she was in her teens She began a do a yo-yo diet, and saw her weight rise. The emotional eater who felt unwell and unhealthy all times. Her mother knew when their parents passed away in their 50s and her mother suffered from complications due to arthritis and her father from cardiac arrest, that she should remain vigilant about her overall health. It was not about dieting but about health and the ability to live a life in a way that allowed our bodies were designed to function.
