Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress best recognized for her roles in television and film in various categories. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actor. She is known best for playing Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). She is daughter of actress June Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career very early. She acted in her first film at the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed.
